Pricing

Condominiums:

    Up to 1200        Sq Ft.              $200
1200 to  2000                             $300.

Single Family Dwellings:

    Up to 1000       Sq Ft              $210.
1000 to 1350                              $290.
1355 to 2000                             $330.
2005 to 3100                              $410.

  Note Square footage is determined
by adding interior footage to 50% of square footage for all other areas. Such as, Garages.

*Hawaiian State tax is added to these prices

* Get a FREE walk-through with every standard home inspection and a FREE revisit before closing to insure items that required repair are completed.
I will re-inspect the property for problems found at the time of the original inspection to ensure the repairs stated in the closing agreement have been completed.
I will also revisit any property to re-inspect the major items that were not accessible at the time of the original inspection. This service is offered to all my clients at no charge.
